Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

 

Earthyzen is a platform that brings various initiatives and products onto one space to make earth friendly living an easy choice for you. Products on Earthyzen are carefully monitored, packed and sent to you be the best services available to us. However, there could be a few instances where a product may have some minor deviations to your expectations perhaps in terms of colour, fitting or design. In such rare instances we would request you to kindly consider minor differences. Moreover, we are constantly innovating and trying to explore the space of eco friendly packaging (compostable or recyclable) and therefore we reqest you to be understanding of minor wear and tear of the outer packaging in rare instances as long as it doesn’t affect the overall value of the product. Nevertheless if a return is a must the following policy will apply. 

 

The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which: 

(a) You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason;
(b) A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions ;
(c) You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time and subject to certain conditions" 

It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website www.earthyzen.com , the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.

What I can return and when?

a)     You receive a faulty or defective product

b)    You receive a product that is different from what you ordered

c)     You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page

d)    If the product does not fit well (size issues)

 

 


What products can NOT be returned? 

a)     Items that have been worn, washed or soiled;

b)    Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty

c)     Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;

d)    Bulky items including but not limited to furniture, statues, paintings, etc.

e)     Custom made products.

f)     Items purchased on Discounts or Sale.

g)     Gifts & Gift Cards

h)    Downloadable Products

i)      Personal Care Items

j)      Intimate or Sanitary Goods

 


Conditions for returning products

(Applicable to the products that can be returned)

 

a)     The products must be returned in their original condition as received along with any bills, tags, labels, packaging, etc;

b)    Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;

c)     Brand packaging should be intact;

d)    Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

 

To raise a dispute, please send an email to support@earthyzen.com. Your email must contain:

                          i.         Your Name

                        ii.         Mobile Number ((provided at the time of shopping)

                       iii.         Name of the product you want to return

                       iv.         Order ID

                        v.         A detailed description of the concern

                       vi.         Images (in case of damaged or wrong order received) and

                     vii.         Invoice

This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product(s). Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery/ receipt of the product(s) shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund."

 

 

Damaged Products

Nobody wants a damaged product; we’re with you on this. In case, you receive a product in damaged condition, please flag it by writing to us at support@earthyze.com within 3 days of receiving a product in such condition. Having said that, we want you to bear in mind that the damage could have occurred during transit and none of the vendors would have intentionally sent you a damaged product in which case we would have to further investigate into the situation with the appropriate stakeholders.

 

Non-delivery of the Product

In case you have placed the order and have not received it within or around the committed time period please do flag it with us and we will assess the case for a refund. You can flag this with us at support@earthyzen.com. Make sure you write to us within 3 days of the original committed delivery date.

 

 

Cancellations & Returns

Once an order is placed, there is much attention and resources that have to act to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you. We believe that by making a purchase on Earthyzen you have made a well-informed decision. Cancelation is only possible before an order is shipped. If the order has been shipped, there will be no cancelations accepted. If you still have a special case of cancelation please write to us at support@earthyzen.com within 24 hours of order placement and we will have to assess based on the vendor’s sole judgment. Your email should consist of

                      a. Order Number

                      b. Your Name

                      c. Your email ID (used at the time of shopping)

                      d. Mobile Number (provided at the time of shopping)

                      e. A detailed description of why you want to cancel your order.

 

Returning a product

When a product is returned and a refund is approved, the return shipping costs are deducted from the refundable amount. Any approved refund is only processed upon the receipt of the returned item(s).
