Organic Sprouted Multi-grain Malt porridge - 500 gms

Organic sprouted multi-grain malt porridge is a traditional easy to digest first food for a 6M+ baby as it is gluten free and  low fat. Wholesome food that will keep your baby satiated for a couple of hours. Builds immunity. For lactating mothers, it improves haemoglobin, induces milk production.

Tasty recipe:
For child below one year: Stir cook 2 tbsps with water for about 5 minutes till the mixture turns thick. Add Jaggery / Brown sugar.

For child above 1 year:  Add ¼ cup milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Can also add  1 teaspoon ghee & powdered dry fruits.

Ingredients:
Organic Raagi, Bajra, Jowar, Green gram, Brown Rice and Ilachi
